Medals

As a member of the OMRS (3884) I subscribe to their code of conduct and am happy to offer a 14 day exchange period and a lifetime guarantee against stolen, re-named and fake medals (unless described as such).

Please note that any medals returned for whatever reason must be returned in the condition they were received and with all accompanying paperwork, badges, photographs and other ephemera.

Only the purchase price will be refunded upon receipt of the medals and all associated paperwork, badges, photographs and other ephemera. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure all items are posted in a secure manner.

Proof of posting is not proof of receipt.

Postage in the UK is by Recorded Next Day Delivery with £500.00 compensation.

Postage to the EU is by Recorded Delivery with £500.00 compensation.

Postage to the rest of the world is by Airmail Recorded Delivery with £250.00 compensation.

If you require a different service or increased compensation please ask before purchasing.

Books

Any book may be returned within 7 days of receipt.

The book(s) must be returned in the condition they were received and unread.

Only the purchase price will be refunded upon receipt of the book(s) It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure all items are posted in a secure manner.
